For any reservation desired without going through AirBnb: here is some important information.
Arrivals are between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In order to welcome you as well as possible, please confirm your arrival time the day before.
RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 30% of the stay will be requested to confirm your reservation by telephone, (your email will be requested to send you the terms of payment). The rest of the amount of the reservation will be payable upon arrival in cash or by credit card. The options and additional services, for their part, will be paid for on the day of your departure.
Even for a single night, a rental contract will be sent to you by email and will be returned to us initialed and signed as well as the internal regulations.
BAIL
A deposit of 800€ (not cashed) will be requested upon your arrival. The check will be destroyed (with proof of destruction sent by MMS), once the cleaning has been carried out by me after your departure and if no damage is observed. In the opposite case, all or part of the amount of the check will be kept according to the amount of the damage suffered. A photocopy of both sides of your valid identity documents must be attached to the deposit check.
You will be asked to respect the neighborhood with moderate sound. If this measure is not respected, we will end the session and no refund will be made.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
In case of cancellation up to 10 days before the date of arrival, we will suggest that you plan a new date. In case of late cancellation or modification or no-show, we keep the deposit paid.
Any modification of the dates of stay must be sent 10 days before your arrival date.
Medical reason or Covid19: in the event of cancellation for one of these two causes, we will offer you a postponement or a refund on presentation of a medical certificate or proof of contamination.
VARIOUS
Checks are only accepted for the deposit. The house is considered a furnished rental.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The rental is established for a maximum capacity of 2 adults.
An ashtray is available outside: Smoking is prohibited inside.
